Product Rating (4.5 / 5 stars)
Rosemary is commonly used in digestion and respiratory applications. Comes in a 15mL glass bottle.
Rosemary is certainly a favorite when cooking, but it’s also a wonderful essential oil to have on hand. One of the main ingredients of many DIY recipes to help with congestion, rosemary also is a top choice in clarity or fatigue-fighting blends and is easily combined with a variety of essential oils.
TO USE: Add 2-4 drops to your favorite diffuser, or add a few drops to 2oz distilled water for an aromatherapy spray. To use topically, it’s recommended to dilute 1-2 drops in a carrier oil to reduce the possibility of skin irritation.
