Here are many of the common questions and answers (FAQs) about Anna Naturals’ all-natural skin care products and herbal teas. If you can’t find an answer to your question, please fill out the contact form on this page.

 

ORDERS & SHIPMENTS
When should I expect to receive my order?
Orders are generally shipped the next business day (we ship orders Monday-Friday, excluding holidays). All orders ship via USPS Priority unless otherwise noted. Once shipped, you will receive an e-mail confirmation including tracking number so you can track the progress of your order. USPS Priority generally takes 2-4 days, depending on where you live.
Can I request expedited shipping?
Yes, we offer expedited shipping methods available at checkout.
Do you offer free shipping?
Yes, we offer free shipping on orders over $50. For orders under $50, Standard Shipping is a flat rate of either $2.99 or $6.00 depending on order size.
What payment methods do you accept?

We accept all major credit cards including VISA, Mastercard, American Express and Discover, as well as PayPal.

I’m having trouble placing an order, what should I do?

If you’re having trouble placing an order online, you can either call us at 888-815-6269 and speak with someone in Retail Sales, or you can e-mail us at info@annanaturals.com.

What taxes are charged?

For orders placed online, taxes are not charged. Please check your local store if purchasing in-store for tax rates.

PRODUCTS
Are your products organic?
Each of our products are made with certified organic ingredients (for which we require the certificates from our vendors), some contain only certified organic ingredients, and some contain a mixture of certified organic ingredients and all-natural ingredients.
Are there any harsh chemicals, synthetics or preservatives in your products?
No! Our products are free from any artificial fragrance, color or flavor. Additionally we never use any sulfates, parabens or other harsh chemicals in our products. We disclose all of the ingredients in each one of our products, so be sure to check it out and let us know if you have any questions about a specific ingredient.
How do you scent your products, if you don’t use “fragrance”?
We feel very strongly that products should never include “fragrance” as an ingredient on their labels. Normally this indicates a synthetic fragrance, which can cause skin irritation and sometimes adverse reactions – and what mama wants that? In our products that are scented, we use only 100% pure therapeutic grade essential oils. These babies do double duty, too – they not only make the product smell great, but they can serve to energize, calm or heal too!
Are your products safe for pregnancy and nursing?
All of our bath and body products are safe for pregnancy and nursing. They contain no harsh chemicals that might pose a threat to you or your baby. Some of our teas, such as our Pregnancy and Nursing Mama teas are safe for pregnancy and nursing. Be sure to read the label – if it’s not intended for pregnancy or nursing, we make that clear on the back. For essential oils, please do your research and check with your doctor or midwife as some essential oils are not recommended for use during pregnancy, or while nursing. While we’re not medical doctors, we would be happy to answer any questions you have about our products, but take the direction of your own physician.
What is the shelf life of your products?
While many of our products can last longer, Anna Naturals’ products carry a recommended 12-month shelf life. We make our product in smaller batches, to ensure that what you receive is fresh and has not been sitting on a shelf in our warehouse for months prior to its arrival at your doorstep. We recommend you use the product within a year of purchase.
I would like to try your product before I buy it, do you offer free samples?
We used to offer free samples, but unfortunately there was so much demand and our product line has grown to where we no longer offer free samples. Many of our products do come in more than one size, so feel free to check out our store and see if there is a smaller size that’s right for you.
Do you allow returns? What is your return process?
Your satisfaction means a lot to us! If you’re not satisfied with your product, please contact us at 888-815-6269 or info@annanaturals.com and let us know what’s up. Be sure to include your order number. Returns are accepted within 30 days from purchase. Unfortunately, we are unable to accept returns of opened merchandise unless otherwise authorized.
